At Archies Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on all our products. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can easily return or exchange them for a different size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it for later.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
